Wood Lattice Air Conditioner Screen-60"H is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from As pictured I assembled the screen myself. However, when pushing into the ground, 1 of the stakes pulled out of the screen and cracked it. I probably put too much pressure while inserting it into the ground, but the screws holding the bracket on were also very short.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An attractive solution for hiding a propane tank. Product arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. The screen and finish are well made. But, I am not sure if the lightweight pine lattice will hold up well to weather. So I applied Thompson's Water Seal to give it protection. Overall, the screen is a very attractive way to hide my propane tank; and is reasonably priced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AC SCREEN Well made, easy to put together, looks good. The AC unit is 2' away from the wall. The lattice wood screen only covers the unit and does not extend back to the wall. Not sure what can be done to cover the 2' gap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! The screen is great looking, fits perfectly in the spot and I'm very happy with it!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 4-Panel Lattice Screen While the appearance is good, the quality of the screen is poor. One of the four panels fell apart when placed. Very disappointed. We have placed the remaining screens due to the cost of the screen, which is excessive for the quality of the product. Only in place for one week so long-term stability is uncertain. Cannot recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as described At first I couldn't find the pre-made holes (they're tiny), but once they were located, it was easy to assemble and looks nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the money Fair price for what you get. Had to have someone put together but I'm a senior woman and that's the case with most things that require assembly. Nice looking. Perfect for my needs. Blocks off unsightly AC unit. Comes with stakes which work well and we've had wind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Screens! We got these to hide our air conditioner or the trash cans. This works perfectly. We looked into creating our own lattice screens, but we are not handy. Then I found these on Pinterest which lead me to this website. After looking and measuring, I figured why not give these a try. They're pretty heavy! People are right about the stain being a little spotty on the back. Certainly not a deal breaker-- we have the grey ones and they have a nice tone. We bought the 4 panel 60 inch ones and they're not budging. And I stalled these without the husband involved! Pretty simple. Upon arrival we had one panel that was messed up, but the customer service was excellent and quick to fix the issue. I will post photos soon!

We need to hide our garbage cans. We need one panel to be able to move so we can get the cans out. Can one of the panels open up?

Asked by: lookinforhelp
This was our plan too. We tried them for the trash cans and you can open them up. They're pretty heavy duty. We opted not to cover all sides and just use one for the trash and 3 for the air conditioner.

Do ground stakes come with the 4-Panel Wood Lattice Air Conditioner Screen-60"H. If so how many?

Asked by: GFVV
We got 4 stakes. The 4 panels are heavy and the stakes are plenty to hold in place.

Is the wood treated in any way to make it weather-resistant? If not, what would be the recommended treatment?

Asked by: pjlevine
Not that I could tell. I treated mine with some Thompson's Water Seal.

My AC is on a cement base; is this a stand-alone screen or does is require anchoring in the ground?

Asked by: Jude65
It will need to be anchored to something stable or it will blow over.

Is the gray more of neutral color or really gray. Deciding between brown and a neutral color.

Asked by: kimi916
It is a light, washed out gray. It is so much prettier than the vinyl ones.
