Wicker Look Patio Umbrella Base on Wheels is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! The wheels are sturdy & smooth, and it rolls easily. It is so convenient being able to move the umbrella around the pool as the sun moves. We've had the first one for two years and are so happy we came back for a second to shade separate areas. We really love it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bought 2, 1 Broke in half after 2 weeks We bought these to have moveable umbrellas. After just 2 weeks one of then literally splint in two. I called and to get a replacement I have two options, buy another and return the damaged one, or return the damaged and they will send me out a new one. We love the ease of movement and decided to buy two more for our lower deck. Fingers crossed they don’t split in 2 again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Screws were an appropriate size. I feel you listened to my message about the too small screws for the wheels because these on this base worked very well. The other base blew over and broke into so I was going to use those screws on the new base you sent but didn't have to because they were corrected. Thank you. I would recommend this base now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Well If You Use Longer Screws We bought this for use on a flagstone patio. Some of the screws did not fasten tightly and even those that did eventually became loose and fell out. We replaced the screws with longer screws which made it more secure and it works well. The manufacturer should supply longer screws.

Can umbrella be tilted in this base?

Asked by: squeak
Thank you for your question. If your umbrella is a tilt style umbrella. The umbrella base is a standard style base just on wheels. The wheels do lock into place to keep the base from rolling.

How Heavy Is the Base?

Sometimes it gets windy during the winter months. How heavy is the umbrella base? I live in Northern California, East Bay so it's not often it is windy. But occasionally we experience high winds. If the base is not every heavy, then I'll opt to store it in the garage until the winds die down.

How large of a pole diameter will fir into this base?

Asked by: Shannonlee

In the description of this stand it says to remove the umbrella when not in use.  Realistically I know this won’t happen.  Is lowering the umbrella enough so that it won’t blow, over?
