Twin Draft Guard&#174 Door Draft Stopper is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the job. I bought this to prevent a draft and light from coming through a bedroom door. It was easy to put together. I was afraid the door wouldn't slide easily when I opened and closed it but it wasn't a problem. I did cut the tube to fit my door which is what the instructions said to do. It was very easy. The tube is made of styrofoam so I used a knife to cut it down to size.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too flimsy I needed a product more to hold open a door that drifts than to block the draft. I wanted something that would slide over new hardwood floors but was sturdy enough to hold that door in place. This wasn't that product. I understand that it is advertised for blocking a draft but by the picture, it would be perfect for my need. This product is flimsy, the fabric is harsh and the Velcro that holds it together doesn't stay stuck. I am making do with it for now, but I am underwhelmed by this item.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not strong enough The height of this isn't enough to keep it wrapped around the door. It slips under, and I have only a half inch underlay. It's utterly useless in my case.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality product needed new draft guards for my doors, have used product before, great value for the price

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap product - save your money I have a large space under my wooden condo door that leads to the hallway and this product did nothing to block out sound due to the cheap foam used to insert in the fabric. It also does not stay in place so my door would not close completely unless I adjusted the fabric and tubing each time. If you're looking for a product to block light and drafts it would probably work (and you could probably find a way to secure it with adhesive or something), but it did not work for my needs. Would love any recommendations if somebody knows of a product that is constructed out of a heavier material!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quick fix, marginally effective If you need something a little more effective that a towel on the floor to block the door draft or to keep critters out this helps a little. It's really cheesy, but inexpensive and simple to put together. The material bunches at the ends and so the door doesn't close easily. If you cut the foam tubes more to tighten the material at the ends you lose the blockage. It's not great, but you get what you pay for.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from check your threshold--if it is 1/2 in or higher this product will not work

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Velcro I had to buy Velcro with adhesive backing to make it work. The door wouldn't close without physically moving the product out of the way. It was necessary to lift the outside open end (by attaching it to the door with Velcro) due to the lifted door frame on the floor. If the floor didn't have a lifted edge on the floor it would have worked as intended.

Will an outside screen door close when using this product?

I want to use the twin draft guard on my outside door but I also have a screen door that closes on the ouside. Will the draft guard be too large so that the screen door will not close? How many inches in widith is the stopper on the outside? Thank you
Asked by: JRWW
Thank you for your question. The Twin Draft Guard Door Draft Stopper is not recommended for use with a screen door as the fabric may catch on the track.

Will it fully cover a 36" door? I recently bought one that advertised 36", but it didn't and I had to return it. The inside was styrofoam, and that

did measure 36", but the fabric that covered it would not stretch far enough to cover that width.
