Small and convenient. Super easy
Be warned that they're nowhere near as loud as they say. But they are so simple that they're good for our needs.

NEEDS VOLUME!!
I thought these alarms would be ear-piercingly loud. WARNING..they are not. I got them for a basement sump-pump that has overflowed my basement 4 times. Not only is the product very small but the alarms are not that loud. If I needed to hear them upstairs with the TV on & my family here, I could not hear them. If you had the TV off...it was quiet in the house, only then could you hear them?

Alarm volume is low. Doubt that it will wake you up. Alarm is very sensitive. That’s a plus.

Saved my bacon
This is the second set of water leak alarms I've ordered (the first set has reached its expiration date so I'm replacing them). The first set saved me a ton of money in repairs. My hot water heater is in my attic. One morning I got up and heard the siren coming from somewhere above me. I went into my attic and my hot water heater was leaking heavily into the drain pan, approaching the top (the drain PVC pipe was finding it hard to keep up). I immediately shut off the water and had my hot water heater replaced. I can't tell you how much damage it would've done if it had overflowed to my ceiling above my second floor. These alarms saved my bacon. I did only give the Quality 4 stars, not because the original devices failed me, but in the new set I ordered (I ordered two sets of three) one of them didn't work, the other 5 did. Maybe a bad battery in that one, but none the less, I love them for what they already saved me.

Peace of Mind
We have our water heater and air conditioner handler located in a hallway closet. Unfortunately, when we’ve had either one of those leak or burst, we do not find out until the leak is way out of control and has inundated the two closets that are adjacent to it. When we received the units, we tried each one as instructed in the package and they all reacted as advertised blaring out a loud high pitched noise when the units touched the water. Although we have not had another leak yet, I have a better peace of mind knowing that these alarms will warn us the next time before the leak becomes a flood. However, I am not not able to give any recommendations until I actually have another leak.
