Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should have lasted longer for the price! I've had these for only about 2 years. They were placed on my East facing entry way, so they only got morning sun , and then were shaded after 4 hours. Went to move them, and hundreds of leaves fell off all over the place, and the Urns that I also purchased were cracked and falling apart. No happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, full corkscrew This is the third corkscrew plant I've purchased. These plants are beautiful and full, and work fabulously outdoors. One of mine has been outdoors for over a year, still looks like new. Once you figure out how to connect both pieces, you're good to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone loves them Everyone that sees them love them and ask if they are real. They look very real and hard to tell that their not. Put them in these heavy planters that we found to prevent blowing over, packed with gravel and they stay put.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks good This is my 3rd purchase of 2 going back 11 years. My first set really lasted a long time. Not sure if the FL sun has gotten hotter or if the quality is now lessen, but I will continue to replace them in front of my house. All 3 purchases have been with Improvements. I just cannot get the same quality for less any where else. They are not coming in one piece anymore. This last purchase came in smaller boxes and then the 2 parts clip together. NOT a good move of the maker in my opinion. My top portion wobbles on one of them, but what are you going to do!?! I wish they were all in one piece again. Other than that, wonderful and pretty.

After inserting the top pole into the bottom pole what is the next step to secure the two pieces together?

I see where they have two circles welded (one angled next to the other one), on the top pole with an opening in one of the circles and the same size closed metal circle welded onto the bottom, but with no instruction, I don't know what to do next to snug the two together or how to use the metal circles to do that? I've called improvements and they will contact there vendor and call me within 48 hours, but I hoped someone help could let me know? Thanks

There are the two metal rings or circles as you state where the two sections meet each other when putting together as a whole. You need to slightly twist each the top section ring into the bottom sections ring so that the each section is flush with one another and the topiary is straight. The leaves should hide the break where the two rings meet.

Does this topiary include the urn, or does that need to be purchased separately?

Asked by: KPChi
Thank you for your question. On the product web page in the overview it states that that the urn shown is sold separately.

what is the width of this topiary?

I have the boxwood topiary and is a little too short, but I am afraid the tea leaf will be too skinny and it also looks like its the same width all the way.
Asked by: KitKatAZ
Thank you for your question. The diameter of the widest part which is closest to the base is 12". The topiary starts out narrower from the top but widens out as it spirals to the bottom. This is a very nice and popular topiary and also much more distinctive looking over the other styles Improvements carries.

How do I secure the topiary in the urn? Is there something I need to fill the urn with?
