Seabrooke Patio Rocking Chair is rated 2.6 out of 5 by 30.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from New House First, if you are thing of purchasing this product, I would recommend after opening, (1) remove assembly parts (screws and tools) taking them to the local hardware store and replacing with quality products…(2) using some wood glue to support. After assembling the first and completely taking apart because of just poor quality (chair) and parts. Finally, I used the parts purchase at the local hardware store, truly the only reason I am keeping I don’t feel like taking apart to return.....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from poor quality Although they look nice from afar the quality of these rockers is below average. I ordered 2 in black for my front porch. Out of the box pieces of the wood were cracked and/or rough. Paint was not even. One arm wiggles due to the set holes are not the correct size.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not up to Improvement's standards I bought two white rockers and put them on my back deck with some great colored cushions purchased from Improvements. Almost immediately they began to crack and looked horrible. My complaint brought me a $40 refund but to have them to use has been embarrassing. If you are going to use them inside they may not crack. But....Buyer Beware!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great price! I purchased two of these for my front porch. Although they were a great price, one arrived with big scratches and the other with a cracked board. I decided not to return because of their size and I’m hoping for some durability.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Design flaws First will state after I finally was able to get the 4 rockers together, they look great for the price. My issue is the design flaws of the chair and what is needed to keep them together. I thought they would be fairly easy to put together but in some cases the holes just would not match up. And the 6 main screws supplied with the allen wrench to put them together in of a poor quality. The crews or allen wrench would strip when trying to ptu the screws in place. Had to use my own allen wrench which is of a better quality to make the screws work. It states you do not have to or do not use wood glue. I found I had to use it a great deal. The real issue is after you get the holes to match up, the screws are not in the right position to keep the chair together. So the chair when sitting in it with just the screws provided will fall apart. Happened to my daughter when she sat in one of the chairs. All screw placement was to hold front to back and not side to side. Very poorly designed. I am an engineer by trade and reached out to the company to let them know the design flaws. They were very sorry for the issues but no offer or a rebate or anything to make up for the issues we experienced. I had to drill my own holes and add additional screws to keep the chair together. Looking back now at the time spent to get them all together, would have been probably better to spend more and buy a rocker already put together. The company really needs to examine these issues and correct them before someone gets hurt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't Buy, Would return I was so excited to find these chairs. These chairs are supposed to be outdoor chairs. They were cracking the second day. The alignment of the seat was off considerably. If I hadn't thrown away the packaging and it wasn't so hard to return them I would send them back for sure. I will keep them til they fall apart which based on all the cracks they already have, it won't be long. Will just consider it a lesson learned. Not a good product. You should take them off your site.
