Seabrooke Patio Rocking Chair is rated 2.4 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major defect in the hardware and screw holes The six long wood screws are allen head screws, and the metal is too soft to take much torque and they strip out well before they're supposed to be seated. Even further drilling the holes didn't help much. We ordered four chairs--meaning 24 long screws total--and I wound up having to buy phillips head screws for over half of them. Assembly instructions very clear and easy to follow. Seat very tricky to install--need either clamps or someone to sit in chair in order for screws to "catch". Nice finished chair, but would not buy again or recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid and Brilliant Color Rocking Chair These are solid and durable rocking chairs. We ordered two red ones for our front porch. They provide an excellent pop of color! The chairs were packaged really well and were shipped quickly. There are a variety of colors for anyone's taste! Easier to assemble and very good value for the money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete Garbage Chair took hours to assemble. The screws included all stripped. Overall the quality is laughable. Would not recommend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Manufacturer Defect When my son went to put the rocking chair together, holes were not in their correct places making it impossible to put the chair together. Haven’t heard back from Improvements yet either. Bad experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pain in the neck to assembly We bought 4 of these rockers for our patio. Boxes came damaged but fortunately the rockers weren’t! Parts to the rocker are ill filling and some needed modification. The large screws were substandard in that they were easily stripped out because of the effort it took to drive them into the holes. The majority of the pre drilled holes were mis-aligned and if you are not handy would never get the rocker together! All in all the rocking chairs are nice to look at but extremely difficult to put together!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inferior product - Improvements failed me Improvements wouldn't take responsibility for poorly made chair. Parts wouldn't fit together because holes and pegs were not the same size. Because I had to sand down pegs to fit and parts of back rest weren't painted, Improvements refused to make things right. Problems were created totally by the manufacturer - not me!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New House First, if you are thing of purchasing this product, I would recommend after opening, (1) remove assembly parts (screws and tools) taking them to the local hardware store and replacing with quality products…(2) using some wood glue to support. After assembling the first and completely taking apart because of just poor quality (chair) and parts. Finally, I used the parts purchase at the local hardware store, truly the only reason I am keeping I don’t feel like taking apart to return.....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from poor quality Although they look nice from afar the quality of these rockers is below average. I ordered 2 in black for my front porch. Out of the box pieces of the wood were cracked and/or rough. Paint was not even. One arm wiggles due to the set holes are not the correct size.
