Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Very useful, Top Quality Tool to Add to Your Watering Arsenal We have a half acre of gardens and an in-ground watering system. But over the years our gardens have evolved but the in-ground system as stayed the same. I'm always looking for new watering tools to save time and conserve water. Nine times out of 10, the new tool is of poor quality or doesn't work as advertised. This tool offers excellent quality and performance. It is important to note that none of the sprinkler parts are made out of if plastic (except the end cap). The zinc stake is strong and sharp enough to easily penetrate even the most compacted dry soil. The stake is also long enough to hold the sprinkler upright when the ground gets wet. You may not think the stake is important but it is. My best advice to you is to buy a quick connect system so that you can just snap the stake onto a hose. Much less trouble. The best quick connect system is made by Gardena. The pop-up pole really works. You can tighten it down so that it doesn't pop up if you prefer. A nice feature. I really only use the rotary blade sprinkler (It comes with four heads so you will probably find one that works for you). The feature that I like about rotary blade head is that it throws water both up and out and down toward the ground. I only use this sprinkler to water smaller areas so my only quibble is that I wish it didn't throw water quite so far. I have to turn the water pressure way down and water longer. I found this sprinkler system so useful that I order a second one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good features There are four sprinkler heads. One is a mist. That is clear. However, there is no way of knowing the patterns of the other three. Now we have to turn it on, run outside to check out if it is covering the proper pattern and run inside to change it if it is not the right one.
