Pool Heating Mats is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Extra heat It’s too early for me to review fully. Easy to use. Only been on the water a week Temp did go up by 2 degrees. I’m happy with that so far

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Covering Odd Shapes I use 15 Solar Heat Squares (18 sq. Ft. Each) to cover a difficultly shaped pool. I use them to control my pool during the Winter evenings in SWF to reduce heat loss overnight. They work well, as the typical overnight loss is 3-4 Deg F vs 6-8 Deg F without covers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pool Heating mats I was looking for something I, as an older woman to take heating mats on and off of my swimming pool. They do provide some heat but the first 6 I ordered I paid full price for. Two of them got water on the inside from not being put together good. I did how ever order 4 more and g them a little on sale for a little less. I'm hoping that I can find the places that the 2 so far are leaking and fix them with some strong clue. I would recommend them if they cost were a little less.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heating matts are small We have a lot of trees around our pool and I was looking for something to heat the pool with out getting solar panels. I purchased 14 Matts thinking they would cover the entire pool. They cover less than half of the pool. I have found no difference in temperature. I was unable to find out what size the matts are before purchasing.. The size is not listed in the catalog or on the internet. I will need to buy Probably 20 more to cover the pool and I am not willing to spend Another $400.00.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from started small ... So I bought about 1/3 of the recommended amount of panels for the size of our pool. It does seem to be making a difference in the temperature and it has decreased the amount of heat loss during the night time. One of the 6 purchased seems defective as it's taken on water. If they were a bit cheaper, I would buy more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to handle. I have inflatable mates now and they are a pain. If these work out I will be buying a bunch more. No inflating or deflating. Very light and no water draining required. Very little storage space required.

How long does it take to warm the pool?  My pool is 14x28 rectangle.  How warm will these mats get the pool?

Asked by: Kristian86
It would depend on how much sun they get. On cloudy days, they will still heat the pool, but not as quickly as a sunny day.
