Picture Light With Remote is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 54.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement First of all remote didn't work, had to find tiny screwdriver to remove back on it and then replace with new battery. Next, the light attaches to the wall NOT the picture like most others creating a problem if you change pictures because you then may have to relocate damaging walls. It looks attractive but does not really illuminate as expected.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Remote Not Good The light is fine and illuminates the painting well. The remote does not work at all, however, which is a disappointment because it's was one of the reasons I purchased this light. The painting is hung on the fireplace over the mantel, and since the light is attached above that, it is rather high. The remote would have made it easy to turn on and off, but now I have to strain to do that. We had already attached the light to the wall before realizing the remote was no good, resigned ourselves to just leaving it alone. But the remote is very cheap and it's a disappointment.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poorly put together I wouldn't recommend this product for two reasons: The light bar isn't parallel with the base, and therefore not with the picture I want to illuminate or with the floor. I tried to see if I could turn it a little, but I believe it would have broken if I did. The other reason is I wish the "neck" came out from the wall a little further so the lights could illuminate more of the picture.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Picture light bulbs out Had to return for an exchange.....Loved the size & finish of the lamp + the remote since it would be above a huge painting on a staircase landing + we could work it without getting a ladder everytime to turn it on + off. Followed instructions and inserted batteries but all the bulbs did not light on one side. Removed batteries, tried again etc, could not get all the bulbs to light. Otherwise exactly what we were looking for and can't wait for the new one to arrive. Crossing fingers this was just a fluke.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A GREAT COMBINATION OF BEAUTY AND FUNCTION I put this over my twin bed for nighttime reading. It fully provides sharp light across my reading material. The remote is my favorite part of the light. And when off, the soft, brushed bronze casing is attractive on the wall. A very nice combination of visual beauty and function.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Picture Light with Remote This is a lovely product. It highlights my Tarkay Watercolor nicely. Easy to install and easy to use. the remote is an extra perk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked once and that's it Read some negative reviews about this light but thought those were the minority and went ahead and ordered one. The light literally worked once and never again. We tried 3 sets of new batteries and still wouldn't turn on and, the one time it did work, it wasn't even very bright. So, we sent it back. Very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not as flexible as promoted while the two ends do rotate individually the overall arm limits how far it can be from the wall/picture so this limits its usefulness Only had it a week so not certain of battery life, illumination level is barely adequate for an 11X14 framed picture

Are the light bulbs changeable , I put new batteries in but it still will not light up

Asked by: mb1234
Thank you for your question. The light bulbs should be changeable, but we do not sell replacement bulbs. It is hard to believe that all of the bulbs went out at the same time. You might look at the battery connections to make sure they are not blocked.

How does this light attach to the wall

Asked by: Coolest
1. First remove printed paper mounting template from back of unit. 2. Drill two (2) pilot holes in the location where you want to mount the picture light. Place screws (included) in pre-drilled holes. Tighten slightly until secure, but do not tighten all the way. Slide EZ Mount Bracket keyhole slots over screw heads and into position. 3. Use the built-in bubble level to make sure the mounting bracket is level before securing it to the wall. 4. Once you confirm that the bracket is level, tighten the screws to secure it to the wall. Take care to not over tighten. 5. To hang the picture light on the mounting bracket, align the picture light with the mounting bracket and slide the unit down. Light will lock into position. Please check instructions on the website.

Lumen output and color temperature of LEDs?

Wondering about the light output (lumens) and color temperature (degrees Kelvin) I want it to be bright enough for the area I am considering as well as matching the color of the lighting in the rest of the room (2700 to 3500K would be acceptable) I don't want blue/white light
Asked by: jcecchettini
Thank you for your question. The Picture Light with Remote has a color temperature of 7500 and is blue/white in color.

Is frequency of remote addressable?

I want to have 14 of these highlighting 14 different pieces of art, but only one remote control that controls al 14 independent of each other. Ive found a remote that handle 15 different frequencies, so as to be able to turnon/turnoff each one, one at a time, and perhaps even all 14 on at the same time.
Asked by: SamP
Thank you for your question. If the remote in question is from another vendor we cannot confirm that the remote will be able to turn off all of the Picture Lights simultaneously.
