Peppermint Christmas Pathway Lights-Set of 5 is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from just okay The stakes that come with these are horrible. Break if you look at them wrong. Look cute off but on they blink in no order or sequence when on. My kids like them but I would not recommend these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from so sad they don't look like picture I'm very sad that these don't work. The colors are not like the picture at all. They light up but the pattern is awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Peppermint lights Flimsy, plastic, unstable, no thank you! These lights fell apart from the moment we tried to assemble them & it’s difficult to make them appear straight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Bought this month and like them a lot. Nice colors and easy to assemble. Changing and fading colors mames for a nice display. You can't string them together.

How long is the string, the dimensions show height but not the total length of the string of lights

Asked by: docvgood
Approx. 5ft.

How do you connect more than 2 strings together?

Asked by: CKR1
For those also interested in this question, the customer service person was incorrect. You cannot connect more than 2 strings together. Each strand has only 1 plug end (the other end of the line has nothing, it's just the last peppermint), so basically you can run the lines toward each other so that they connect in the middle. Which by the way makes it extremely awkward to plug into an outlet, as it is likely NOT in between your sets but at one end or the other of the strand(s). Ok lights with very poor design, not worth the $40 price tag.

What controls them?

I am interested in these items, but want to control them with my Christmas light show system. From the video it looks like they would use SPI communication with power of some kind. Am I correct with this assumption? Also what is the Voltage level at the lights (12VDC)?
Asked by: ChristmasMad
Thank you for your question. The Peppermint Christmas Pathway Lights cannot be controlled by "Christmas Light Show System", it is programed run light show then repeat when plugged into 120volt wall outlet. Note that the string is 5volt.

Tying Multiple Strings together so they are sync'd

I know it says that I can tie multiple strings together to make them sync, but there wasn't any info on how to do this, can someone help?
Asked by: Rebafan84
Thank you for your question. The Peppermint Christmas Pathway Lights have an end to end connection. By plugging them together and then into an electrical outlet they should sync up automatically.
