Outdoor Curtain Rod 28-52" is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 77.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Outdoor Rod This is the second rod I have purchased so I knew it would be great. I have had one other on my porch for three years and it is still in perfect condition. Easy to install.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looked great for a month!! RUSTED!! The area where the curtains hung and where the wind had moved the curtain rings it rusted faster!! Don’t waist your money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from they will rust I bought the stainless finish curtain rods and white polyester panels 4 yr.s ago. They looked great and held up nicely in the wind but i am having to replace then now. The rods are solid rust color now and the rust has stained the panels and the white paint on the wall where they are installed. Our sprinkler systen hit some of the panels and a green mildew grew on them. We washed and could not get any of these stains out and used steel wool and sand paper on rods but coud not get the rust off. I think this maybe the nature of an outdoor curtain and rods. Will research someways to make them last longer this time around. I had 8 panels and that gets pricely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great and easy to install! The only thing I cannot comment on is the durability or how long they will hold up. I'll come back and comment again if they go south. For now, I can tell you that they look great and were easy to install. Also, they did not package them properly for shipping. I ordered three total rods, and all three of them arrived in either a mangled, opened or shredded box. I mention this, because despite the poor shipping packaging, not one of the rods had a scratch or dent on them. That must mean they are pretty darn durable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pergola Curtain Rods I cannot comment on Performance/Durability because my husband just put them up last week. So far so good. Everything else is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from outdoor curtain rods Very happy with the curtain rods. The order included extra brackets. They look stylish. The stainless steel finish is very nice. Only gave it a 4 for performance/durability as they were just put up and we don't know how they will perform or the durability of the same. As they seem made quite well, we assume the performance/durability will be good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sturdy A very sturdy and handsome outdoor curtain rod. I would recommend

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sending them back The finish looks crude, painted on, cheap. The two pieces of one rod come apart. We will return them.

Joining 2 together?

Can I join 2 Outdoor Curtain Rods 100-144" together to make it longer! Thanks
Asked by: redkiss
How long do you need it to be? We hung one in a 10 foot space and a second in a 12 foot space and both are doing fine - I don't see a way to make it longer than that there are two end pieces and a middle so you would need the two ends to be longer than they are - no way to add to that from what I can recall.

Weather resistant

I ordered 4 of these for my outdoor pergola. I was interested in getting stainless steel so they would not rust. However, after 1 season outside in PA they are completely rusted through. Is this typical? The material listed is stainless steel??

Can the j brackets be hung from a wall rather than the ceiling? I need a fairly long run of curtain rod; however, my ceiling is on an angle.

I need to know if the bracket will hold the rod from a mount off the wall rather than the ceiling?
Asked by: Furnituregirl
YES, they can and I did hang them from the wall! Hope that helps!! :)

How many brackets come with the 100"-144" outdoor curtain rods?

I need the full 144" length so I feel I need at least 3 brackets for strength.
Asked by: Kerluc
I received 3, plus two inside mount should you choose to go that route.

replacement brackets

Is it possible to buy replacement brackets? In PA we have hard winters and while I do take the curtains and rods down I have left the brackets in place, this year past winter has rusted them, so I would like to find replacement brackets. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Asked by: Missyf
Thank you for your question. Improvements unfortunately does not sell the brackets separately because these come all contained in a set / kit. We apologize for any inconvenience. This suggestion will be communicated over to the buying team. Thank you.
