Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this piece of junk! I was so excited when I ordered this Archway and couldn't wait to get it up in my yard. It took me well over two hours to build. There were nuts and bolts to put all the sections together, but the sections never lined up or were bent. I ended up having to use some zip-ties to assemble the darn thing. There are so many male and female plugs hanging inside and I never could get the dang thing lit! I staked it outside in my yard in a protected area, and ended up just shining a spotlight on it. I shouldn't have even bothered because it fell over the next day. Don't waste your money. It was made in China with poor materials and workmanship. If I want to ever use it, I will have to completely rebuild it. I'm sending back for a refund!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Candy cane archeay I received several compliments about this new addition to my holiday display. I put up 60,000 lights on my house and this definately changed the look of my entryway. Only issue was i had to secure candy canes to plywood to keep them standind up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good quality, easy install, and brightly lit, , but need support in windy areas Very good quality, screw together sections, lights are incand. and not LED, tall over 6 feet. Assembly is very easy. Use better stakes than furnished though, I used tent stakes. The ground attachment is long and stable, to be staked in. NOTE: you will need to attach tall solid stakes to this if you have any fairly high winds, they will bend at the base, in the high winds if you don't. I used 6' thick plastic garden stakes.after 35 mph winds bent them over at the base. Price was very good for these, usually cost much more, seen them as high as $199. It can be kept intact then separate center section to easily move and store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing The picture of the candy cane archway looks better and nicer than the actual product. I couldn't get the lights on the Merry Christmas section to work. The stakes to hold it in the ground are not big enough to really support it. I've had to pick it up off the ground several times. I'm very disappointed in the product and feel I paid to much for what I got.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from aftrer you het by the look its down hill. I bought this about 4 years ago, since then all the work I've had to do to it be able to use it, I would have been better off making it myself from scratch. I've had to reinforce the whole frame with metal rods because it does not hold up against high winds at all. both of the bases have broken not that they help much anyway. and to protect the lights I had to make a covers for the back of the frame as well. It does look good once it is up but be warned, just getting up is only half the work that will have to be done it.

does this have an open back, or is the tinsel material wrapped completely around the candy cane? Are the light bulbs accessible to change bulbs?

does this decoration come with extra bulbs for replacing?
Asked by: christmaskelly
It has Velcro closures on the sides and the material closes over the back of the frame using the Velcro. The closures held up in rain and high winds, The bulbs are easy to get to, and if one burns out or becomes loose, only part of the string goes out. They are incand bulbs. and yes it comes spare bulbs and fuses.

How can I repair an entire candy cane that stoped lighting?

I was obsessed with this product and have love, love, loved it when I first set it up! It wasn't suitable to stand on it's own, but I rigged it against my 6 foot gate, which was the perfect place for it. I can't use the gate but that's fine for temporary usage. This is only the 3rd season I'm using this and one entire candy cane doesn't light. I purchased this set from you after the holiday season of 2013, so early in 2014, to be first used Christmas 2014, then 2015, and now 2016. I set it up last week, only to discover one entire candy cane won't light. What is the recommended procedure to fix such an extensive light set? Thank you for any help.
