Nice and Clean

Holes did not line up
It took way too long to receive my order and once it arrived, I had to modify the holes by drilling to get them to line up so I could put the two halves together. Easy enough to do, but poor quality control.

Quality is quite poor. Delivery took a long time, arrived in a badly damaged package. Hardware to connect two pieces of the tray was missing, so I had to buy this separately.

Too large...
This product seemed like the answer to a prayer. However, it proved to be too large for our fireplace insert. We are very disappointed, not in the product which appears to be very good, but we would not have ordered it had we known the dimensions. And, we would not have the time and expense of returning it to you.

What are the dimensions?
This item is 2" deep, 15" front-to-back; expands from 13" to 22-1/2" wide in back, 22" to 31-1/2" wide in front.

Pls verify if this can be used with gas/wood fireplace.
The gas isn't hooked up on my wood burning fireplace, but I see no reason why you couldn't utilize the tray. The whole point of the tray is to catch the ash.
