Can my order be delivered internationally?

No. As of December 18, 2018 Improvements is no longer accepting orders outside of the United States.

Who should I contact if I have questions relating to my order after I have made a purchase?

Please contact us at international@improvementscatalog.com or 1-855-868-8557 and Improvements will gladly assist you with any questions relating to your international order.

What is your return/exchange policy for international orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at international@improvementscatalog.com or 1-855-868-8557 and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. (Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.)

To exchange your item for the same item in a different size or color, first follow the return instructions above and then place your new order online. Borderfree will credit your account for the item(s) returned and Improvements will waive your return shipping costs. (Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item.)

Can I ship to a U.S. address if I live outside the U.S.?

At this time, customers with International billing addresses cannot order online if the shipping destination is a U.S. address. Please contact customer service to place your order at 1-855-868-8557.

Do you ship furniture pieces internationally?

Some restrictions apply. Please email international@improvementscatalog.com or call 1-855-868-8557 for more information.

Will electrical products and lamps be compatible with my electrical outlets?

No. If you purchase an electrical item for use outside of the U.S., an outlet adaptor and voltage converter will be required. Our electrical items and lamps are UL Listed and comply with U.S. standards. Fire or injury can result from use with outlets higher than 110-120V.

Is the Improvements Wish List and Gift Registry available to international customers?

At this time, our Wish List and Gift Registry are available only to U.S. customers.

Is monogramming available for items in international orders?

No. At this time, monogramming is available only for orders shipping within the U.S.
