Hot/Cold Shoulder Wrap is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from As described The heating pad is simple and easy to use, exactly like described and shown. I would like it to retain heat a lot longer, though, as it takes less than 10 minutes for the heat to dissipate. It could be much more packed with the heatable filling.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but could be improved It's a GREAT concept but could be better. I bought it because I have fibromyalgia and additional shoulder problems and this covers many problem areas at once. Construction quality is good, but the grain used is large and has sharp ends. Leaning back in a chair while wearing it is uncomfortable because of this. If a small grain was used (such as in other microwavable heat packs that I own), it would be far more comfortable to wear. If it were, I'd purchase another one for my elderly mother who is always cold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it All my friends want one! It arrived quickly and was put to use immediately. Love the warmth it imparts when microwaved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it-inexpensive and lighter than gel packs Wrap has a nice weight and stays in place w/o weight and expense of specialty store gel shoulder wraps. Gave two as gifts and have used mine year round since Dec 2010. Great for travel. Only drawback is no removable cover. Unquilted side feels very lightly padded so no organic bits pass thru. Buckwheat feels a bit gritty on other side. Nice soft hand to microfiber-has worn very well in spite of frequent use. Does not hold heat as long as my homemade rice-filled socks, however, this fill is easier to shift under body weight and comfortable enough for me to sleep on. I would buy a larger shape if available. Thanks for staying with me-felt compelled to balance first review. :)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from looking for comfort Was disappointed with the quality of the Shoulder Wrap. The outer material does not feel like it will hold up very long.
