Eucalyptus Umbrella Table is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 55.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Classy looking small outdoor umbrella table The eucalyptus wood table I purchased recently will be perfect for our outdoor patio to hold our patio umbrella. I had purchased the umbrella base from another retailer for it's low cost, because this table was $79.00. However, it is very nice looking, and the instructions state it has been pretreated with penetrating oil to protect the wood for awhile. The consumer is to polish it with oil every year or so. Jury is still out on the quality of this product withstanding our hot South Florida sun during the year . . .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice pool side table The only assembly is adding the legs. The wood seems to be good quality and it has a nice finish that has very little maintenance. However, the table top is warped which causes it to rock when placed on a flat surface. Hopefully, we will never place it on a completely flat surface.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good looking and worth the price! We have a eucalyptus table and chair set and we were looking for a reasonably priced side table for our adirondack chairs that would match. This table works perfectly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not worth the price tag The tables came quickly and were easy to put together, however they are lighter than expected and did not come with a center umbrella stabilizer which fits allowing for the umbrella to move the tables each time the wind blows. I have tried 3 different center holders and none fit this specific table. I would have rather bought two cheaper tables from lowes which were more stable and secure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Function determines performance. This is a great side table--as a side table. As an umbrella table, not so much. I put my umbrella in it with a substantial base underneath, and it did not hold the umbrella well in our breeze. In South Dakota 10-15 mph winds are breezes.... To use as an umbrella table, here it would need to be taller and weightier. So highest marks for it as a side table and a caution for umbrella use in windy territory.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size table I have a small patio and didn't want a full size bistro set as I have a low window overlooking the patio and didn't want a table blocking the view. This table fit the bill perfectly. I purchased the half umbrella with a full round base since the hole in this table is in the middle. The half umbrella doesn't fit up against the wall, but that is OK since there is a two foot wide soffit coming from the roof. This smaller table can handle the size and weight of the half umbrella well. I already had chairs very similar in look and color to the table so I have just the right setting I was looking for to enjoy warm, sunny days on my patio.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Prodcut Poor Discount Found the outdoor table we were looking for in the catalog. Price was competitive and the offer of a 20% discount for first time buyers were the factors that made us opt to buy from Home Improvements. Although the table was delayed twice, the emails kept us aware of the changing shipping dates and the table arrived as promised. Was surprised to see the invoice fail to show the discount. Next time I'll be more careful when purchasing with a "discount".

How large of an umbrella can you use with this table?

Asked by: Pettie
I am using the half umbrella and a full round base with this table. I purchased all three items from Improvements. The table can handle this half umbrella well. However, I do make sure to bring the umbrella down when it gets stormy/windy otherwise it gets knocked around ~ but the table holds firm.
