How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return an item, simply fill out the Exchange/Return form printed on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your package. Then return that form to us, along with your item(s), by either using the UPS return label included (fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange), or using the carrier of your choice. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-634-9484.
EASY RETURNS
If your purchase qualifies for an easy return, a return label has been provided with your shipment. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Complete the exchange/return section on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the items you are sending back.
- Affix the UPS return label (located on the front of the pack slip) over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. Retain the UPS/ARS tracking number for your records.
- Drop the package with a UPS driver or UPS Store.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund or exchanging an item, the fee for using this label is $8.95, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, there will be NO CHARGE for using the label. If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own shipping via the carrier of your choice.

Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs., or items that require Truck or In-Home return service.

I have owned one of these for years and love it. While doing some work on my home, my son-in-law needed several feet of cord for a small chain saw to trim tree branches growing onto the roof of the house. He was amazed at the ease of extending the length of electrical cord to reach the side of the house where it was needed. He was even more amazed at the ease of winding the cord neatly back into the Wonder Winder when the task was completed. I ordered three of the Wonder Winder Extension Cord Winders as Christmas gifts for the men in our family.

I can wind up 100' of 16/3 extention cord in one minute. 16/3 is the largest size I would use.I tried 12/3 cord and it did not work well.I then tried the smaller gage core and it worked great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I moved to my 2.5 acre property about 10 years ago. I was always having to drag out the long extension cord for some reason or another. But I sure got tired of winding up the cord when I had finished my chore. My arms were always aching afterwards. This cord winder is just great - I don't dread the chores that require the long, heavy duty cord anymore. It is so easy to wind up and store the cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!
