Square Metal Tiles - Set of 48 4.3 5 40 40
Good price for the product Tiles are very thin and dent easily. A stronger tape is definately needed in order for them to stay on the wall. Good look overall though. May 2, 2014
Quality vs Ease of Installation Purchased these tiles looking for an easy install backsplash. Unfortunately, the brushed aluminum finish was full of "bubbles" or dust like particles in the finish when viewed up close. We decided to try them anyway. Yes, they DO cut easily with kitchen shears, but the corners and edges curl and dent when you make that cut because the tile is far too thin to maintain its shape. Those small dent/curls are VERY visible on a metal tile. After attempting one cut (since we were doing a diamond pattern that would require at least 50 cuts) we packed them back up and have returned them. The value was not great enough to offset poor quality and an installation that would have looked "cheap" April 15, 2014
Looks just like picture Tiles are very thin. They are easy to cut with scissors. Finished look is similar to some much more expensive (though much thicker) tiles I looked at at Lowes. I installed these with the 2 sided tape provided. Only time will tell if they hold up or if I should have used mastic but so far so good. January 26, 2014
Beautiful Prodcut, we put this in our Motorhome! We were looking for this product and it fit our desire perfectly. My husband sur[rised me with this as he knew this was exact;y what I wanted and it added the shinging touch- Thank you! December 31, 2013

Answer:
Not sure what the aluminum looks like, but the chrome ones are ultra shiny(see image i posted) so if thats not the look you want, you're better off trying the aluminum ones i guess?

Go with the aluminum. The chrome is very shiny while the aluminum has a more "brushed" appearance.

Answer:
The tiles are about 2mm in thickness, but they're pretty sturdy. They don't flex or give when wiping down. I thought they might when i was cutting them for the end pieces, but it didn't happen then either!

Can i put these behind a slight in electric ge stove with glass cooktop? There is probably about 4" of space between the nack of the stove and the wall. I don't use the back burners on the stove often, and hope this won't be an issue.

I've also been looking at quilted metal backsplshes. They come in "sheets". How does this compare? I haven't seen these in person and would like to know the communities thoughts.

Answer:
Yes. My stove is an electric counter cook top and I have no problems. I like the separate pieces that I ordered so I can place them and cut them as needed. I cut smaller pieces to fit up to the cabinet and metal exhaust fan.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Yes, the Metal Wall Tiles can be installed behind a stove. They are fireproof and won't crack. As compared to the quilted metal sheet backsplash, our tiles are more affordable, easy to install, and can be cut to fit.
