nice enough - good price
I had ordered some striped panels and decided to add some see-through voile panels to soften the look. They look nice and seem well made enough - will find out after a few months.

great indoor outdoor curtains
I love these sheers. We have a screened in porch and these provide privacy and add a very romantic touch to the room. They are very easy to wash at the end of the season. I love them!!!

I LOVE these curtains
I purchased a much higher priced, competitive product about 3 years ago. They barely lasted for a season. I bought these last year, they have been subjected to the very harsh sun exposure of Arizona, the spray of my mister system and hail ... and they've stood up fantastically.
I have recommended them to many friends! They are a great value!

Perfect outdoor curtains!
I am delighted with the striped voile grommet top panels...they are very good quality for the price and lovely in appearance. I would agree with the other reviewers who suggested that drapery weights would be a good addition to this product. I added my own, and they make the curtains much more stable, without totally restricting the gentle movement in the breeze that makes these panels so romantic. I would recommend this product without reservation!

Outdoor Sheers Need Weights
I bought these for the covered patio area near the pool of our second home. I had expected, since they would be used outside and subject to every little breeze, that they would be weighted. The sheers I have had custom made have always come with weights at each corner. I'll have to find weights and add them otherwise you need to worry about what your sheers will get caught up on as the wind whips them around.
Otherwise, decent quality well put together. Lengths and widths are consistent across all panels.

It's very Zen.
Watching these sheer curtains lift in the breeze brings instant tranquility. They make my deck feel like a spa... it's a very "Zen" atmosphere. I love these elegant additions to our pergola... and so do all my guests!

packaging overkill??!!
The outdoor voile panels are exactly what I was looking for; they are fine.
What appalls me is the packaging. We try hard in Vermont to recycle and to respect our environment. Fourteen voile panels arrived in 14 individual plastic totes, around 14 heavy cardboard tubes, and with 28 strips of tissue (which certainly did not prevent wrinkles). Since I will have to steam out the wrinkles anyway, why not send the panels in a single bag?

curtains
panels are very sheer so visibility is good, however do to grommets cannot pull panels completely flat so you dont actually get 54 inches width. have only been up for 1 day, durability remains to be seen. Also very light weight, flutter at the slightest wind, need to weight bottom,

sheer panels
I bought 4 panels in 4-2011 for my daughter's pool party and since I live on the lake, so it can be windy. They tend to blow all over the place and get stuck to my outdoor furniture and fixtures. So I tie them by (2)s and the still get blown. They didnt come with tiebacks, so they rip easily since they are sheers.
They would be excellent if I did have such a windy backyard.
The grommets do rust, but do not bleed.
It's great if you dont want to spend a lot of money for an upcoming party, but they do not last but 4 months in my backyard.
i'm getting to non-sheers this time around.

nice !
these sheer drapes look very nice. material is obviously quite light, so it blows around alot, i need to find a way to add some weight to bottoms so they stay in place better. just put them up so i don't know about durability yet.

Love the look of these
I love the look of these outdoor sheers. They do a good job of filtering sunlight and concealing the neighbors not so gorgeous back yard! Mostly though, they lend a very romantic and soft feel to my back deck, especially at night when the candles are lit and the stars are out! Love them! Bought and bought again as they really look better the more panels you have.

voile outdoor curtains
The panels look great and were easy to install. My only complaint is that I understood the grommets were to be rustproof and they are not. Several of them had rust on them within a couple of weeks. They don't appear to be bleeding onto the drapery panel, however, and it doesn't really show up much in our application. I just hope it doesn't get worse and affect the durability / life of the panels.

I love the sheer look and so many choices!
I researched outdoor curtains both in store shopping and internet for awhile. I am already an Improvements customer, and I hadn't found the choices, the prices or the look like Improvements has. Although I haven't hung these outdoors yet, I've examined them and love them. The only reason I didn't choose excellent in all categories, is that I would have to see how they hold up after I hang them next late Spring. If anyone is hanging these outdoors where winds (and even high winds) are common, definitely choose the grommets.
Thank you for your overall choice of products. I look forward to receiving my Improvements catalog over the others with similar items. (And I am not associated with Improvements!).

Outdoor Voile Curtain Panels
The panels were installed on my porch facing the south. The sun still comes through but not as hot. My only complaint is the curtains do not have weights on the bottom, therefore when the wind blows so do the curtains. I also found the blue fades. I would recommend them if you color-fast and put weights on them.

NICE....However
GREAT PRICE! Only issue, hemlines were not all the same. Luckily I can sew, so was not a problem to hem them up a bit. However, would still recommend. I actually used these in a bedroom in our up north cottage on the lake. They are light and airy and look perfect!

Perfectly suits my needs
The sun streams into our covered deck. These curtains diffuse the light without blocking it completely. They add privacy without making the space feel closed in. They are light in weight and the color (mine are the blue stripe) is perfect for an outdoor space by the pool! I do have to buy more because on the pole they gather more than I thought so I need more to fill the space.
