Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 57 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy Howl-idays! I had looked at this set for a few years now and finally decided to purchase it for my display. It came and is a very easy to put together set (so many other figures you buy - the legs always fall off unless you add your own cable ties etc) But this set has nice connectors to keep the legs and other attachements nicely in place. It is going to make a great additional to my holiday cheer this year! October 24, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by My daughter loves it! We are very pleased. Was worried about the size when the box arrived but once assembled was perfect. November 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Christmas Sleigh and Huskies So glad I bough this item. We have lots of Christmas decorations and this really added a nice flair. Very cute with lots of light. December 3, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Huskies are well designed I was really pleased with the huskies lighted display; the form of the dogs was very realistic; the legs actually mimicked musculature, and the cloth covering added to the realism. They were so realistic that when my dog saw them in the daylight she barked at them continually until I took her out to see that they were not real. The assembly was well thought out, an attached fitting connects the sections, but I would recommend needle nose pliers to ease the joining process. December 18, 2011

We own a real dogsled. I would like to just order the set of two huskies to put in front of our sled, string some lights on the sled etc. Just want to make sure that will work.

Answer:
Absolutely! I often just buy some of a collection of decorations, and combine with my own things to create unique displays. You could absolutely order as many huskies as you wanted to create an authentic looking mush team with your own sled. I bet it'll look fantastic!

Answer:
Here's a follow-up on my original question. Thanks for all the replies. I did order the set of 2 huskies and used them with our sled. I also ordered the lighted set of 3 gifts. I am very pleased with both. We get many compliments on them. Maybe next year I will order another set of 2 dogs.

Answer:
Absolutely! These dogs are about the size of typical AK sled dog. I was disappointed because their tails were down and not curled! But I love them anyway. Even sent a set to Australia

Answer:
It may work, these huskies are alittle on the small side for a real dog sled. They are about 18" to 20" at the shoulder. that said, I would give it a try.

Answer:
I don't think so, I think it would look weird, the huskies are flimsy quality, not terribly sturdy, I think the real sled would make it look worse

How are they in the rain?

If you lived in a rain forest, would they survive in a major rainstorm?

Answer:
I live in the Pacific Northwest where we have way more rain than snow during the fall and winter. I secure the presents to the sleigh with zip ties, stake everything down with heavy duty tent stakes, and I tape all connections with electrical tape. I have no problem with this decoration looking bad after being rained on for days. I also have no problem with anything shorting out due to the rain.

I can see these gifts will blow away with the first gust of wind. What has everyone done about this?

Answer:
It would have been nice if they had created holes in the sleigh for tabs on the presents to go through. Since they didn't, I had to create very small holes in the fabric of the sleigh. I used zip ties to go through the bottoms of the presents and the sleigh to secure. Mine have been through two wind storms already and have not budged. I use zip ties for everything (I learned the hard way over the years!).

Answer:
I have found that angling the presents slightly on the sleigh based on the direction of the wind makes a big difference. Also, since they are plugged in, the most I have had happen is that they fall over but don't go anywhere. I live on a windy hilltop and was surprised how well they handled the gusts. I only had to set them back up once over the five weeks they were outside, which was through three separate snow storms.
