Telescoping Washer Set 3.8 5 46 46
Good quality and many accessories for excellent price I've only used the tool once so far to clean some stucco and a garage door, but my overall impression is that it's made with good quality and works well for home users. For the price, it's a terrific value; however, I don't think the tool would hold up for daily commercial use. The tool can be a little heavy when extended, but that's to be expected with anything extended over 15 ft, so you'll need to pony up some muscle control, but hey it's good exercise too. April 27, 2013
Great product I used this product to clean the siding on my beach house and it does and amazing job. Plan on getting soaked though as the water pressure is high and you will not be able to avoid getting wet. April 17, 2013
rain Haven't been able to use this yet as it has been raining quite a lot here this time of the year. But soon, I'm sure it will be put to good use. Like the long extension it offers and the attachments are well designed. April 9, 2013
Telescoping washer set. Works great -- even on the deck. You can dispense soap and scrub at the same time and then rinse without having to change cleaning devices. It easily reaches up to second floor windows. February 23, 2013
Telescoping Washer Set The washer set seemed sturdy enough until I extended it approximately 16 ft and it became difficult to manage. the plastic hose coupling broke off. I believe there is too much stress on this coupling for plastic to handle. Improvements was very cooperative and helpful in replacing this item. I will pay more attention to handling the extended pole now that I know the lack of durability of the plastic hose coupling. January 21, 2013
This product is very good if you have high outside windows to wash. I found it to be very easy to put together. The only drawback is when you extend the pole out to its full length it becomes a bit unwieldly. We have very high windows and it is very hard to reach the tops of them to get them cleaned. I also found that when you insert the soap dispenser it sometimes starts to come loose from the pole if you go back and forth with it. Other than that it is a good product and I would recommend it to anyone with moderately high windows. November 27, 2012
Telescoping Washer Set This product has great features for interior and exterior cleaning. The telecoping handle is substantial and the parts are sturdy. We have an A-frame with a two story addition, so it is multipurpose and very useful. We can also use it on our boat. November 17, 2012
Satellite dish cleaner I haven't yet used the telescoping washer set to clean our rv's (reason for purchase) but the day after I received the set we had rain changing to wet snow that clung to our satellite dish, stopping tv reception. The telescoping pole and soft brush reached the dish mounted on our roof so I could brush off the snow and watch tv again. If I didn't have the set I'd have had to wait for the snow to melt off the dish. Glad I bought it! December 6, 2012
More than just windows In general I like the wash wand, but I agree with some of the other reviews that it is a little heavy and awkward to use. I found it hard to use when trying to wash siding, because it is too long in it's fully collapsed state. However, it is substantial in build, hence the weight, and would probably be too weak if it were more lightly built. I used it to wash some second story windows at my cottage and it worked to my satisfaction, saved me from climbing a 12' ladder! I didn't get doused with water, as some other reviewers complained. The best use I found was to wash my motor home, standing on the roof, being able to stand upright, using the brush attachment, and washing the sides made it worth the investment. October 2, 2012
junk I wouldn't pay $10.00 for this I'm so sorry I bought it leaks from every attached pole and when you put the water on it pushes the pole up higher then needed and is very hard to push back down nothing but junk November 10, 2012
BE WARNED! I really needed this for a very big window that is high above the ground. I had had a similar one before that finally was leaking too much so I bought this one. It appeared to be of more superior construction. However, the second time I used it, it would not stay together. The bottom end of the telescoping pole kept coming unscrewed. I screwed it in and you could definitely see it screwed all of the way and appeared to be tight. However, as I was pushing it up and down against the window, and telescoped all the way out, it would keep coming out. I guess since it s a plastic joint, it must not be tight enough. I put some teflon tape on the threads to try to make a tighter junction and it stayed together a little longer. I managed to get the job done but not sure what I am going to do about it the next time. I really need something like this and it is disappointing. September 22, 2012
Telescoping Washer Set Does the Job! Easy to put together & made cleaning the gable ends of our house a breeze! October 27, 2012
cleaning brush used the cleaning brush for the first time and it worked great. light and easy to use. the instructions could have been better. October 16, 2012
Difficult for women to use With water running through the tube, it is too difficult for women to use the washer. Even my 79 year old husband was challenged. However, living at the beach with cobwebs aand bugs messing are windows constantly, it certainly beats hiring a window washer every three months to clean our windows! September 26, 2012
She won't do the windows! Hey now, this is a great tool! Tool time Tims will love using this great window washer set. I wish it came with a shorter handle for close to the ground windows, but other than that, it works great. September 26, 2012
Lacks ease of use I would like to see an "instruction sheet" included with this product. Items such as: what accessories are recommended for what uses; what hose pressure works best for different jobs; etc. The telescoping unit becomes quite heavy when extended to full length making it difficult to handle. Plus the grips become slippery and are of no use at all. I doubt many users would be able to control the unit for these reasons. Working below the washing heads is like standing in a shower. I think I got wetter than the surfaces I was trying to clean. The soap dispenser runs out of cleaning fluids quickly. Had to refill every two (+/-) windows. I used a good window cleaning solution that usually doesn't streak or spot, but I still could not get the windows really clean and spotless. I've only used the washer once. Next time I'll play around with the different accessories and the hose pressure to see if I get better results. September 26, 2012
Telescoping brush set I've been looking for a telescoping pole with different brush attachments and I finally found the one I like. It will allow me to clean my siding, windows and more...very usefull! September 25, 2012
don't know yet Haven't had a chance to use it yet. Installing new windows. September 17, 2012
Leave the ladder behind This item proved to be a big time and hassle-saver. Being able to stand on solid ground while washing those 2nd floor windows. When fully extended and with water running, it can be a bit challenging to control the aim though September 4, 2012
Really like the telescoping washer set with gutter nozzle I really like this product. I can now wash my second story windows effortlessly from the ground floor. I would recommend it to my friends. Since I'm in my 70's I don't do ladders any more and this product really is what I need. August 11, 2012
Telescoping Washer with gutter nozzle I needed some means to scrub my exterior windows. I've viewed this item in Sky Mall and in the Home Improvements Catalog. The gutter nozzle is a plus but I do not have a big need for gutter nozzle. I was concerned with the price and shipping (total value) with respect to my need. When the product went on sale, I decided to purchase it. Shipping was fast. I find the pole a bit heavy and awkward when fully extended. No everyone can manipulate the extended pole. In short, the product works fine and fulfills my needs. August 8, 2012
Just what I was looking for! I have been searching for something to clean my second floor windows without having to drag out a ladder. This items works great! I am really happy with the quality and how easy it is to use. I would highly recommend this product! July 31, 2012
Don't waste your money. The entire thing is too heavy and awkward to use. Once the hose is attached its nearly impossible to actually control the pole to brush the siding and clean it. The pole, even at its shortest, is unable to be angled correctly to be able to really get it up against the siding and scrub / clean. I had high hopes for this item but after about 30 minutes of trying to control the pole and getting soaking wet in the process I gave up and went back to a bucket of cleaner, plain old hose and a brush on a paint pole. This product is too heavy, bulky and poorly designed to get the job done. Save your money. July 27, 2012
Exactly the tool I was looking for ! My customer asked to have their house washed. We live in upstate New York where Winter salt spray etc. can be a problem. The home is a raised ranch so the peaks are approximately 20' . The extended pole reached the peaks and the assortment of brushes allowed me to scrub away the build-up. I used a commercial house wash .. let it soak in for about 5 minutes then brushed away all the grime .. salt .. mildew and mold. The house looks brand new again .. we're all pleased with the results ! This "multi-tool" exceeded all my expectations! Definitely a thumbs up ! July 24, 2012
Customer Service One of the attacments, the soap dispenser was cracked and leaked. I contacted Customer Service, and talked to Kelly Kuba, Manager, and took immediately action to send me another unit, express shippment. I was very impressed with her actions and how she administrated my replacement. I received the new unit and returned the deffective one with the duplicted attactments. I am very pleased with your customer service and how Kelly acted to solve my problem. Too bad other companies do not take Customer Servce an important fuction of business. Don Fontana July 12, 2012
This product is one of a kind. I've look everywhere for a window washer with a soap dispenser and this is the only one I could find. I was very excited to use this telescoping washer. It does a nice job on the windows and recomment it to everybody. July 11, 2012
Everyone needs one of these This is a fantastic product for this price. It was easy to hook up, extend and scrub the siding on my 2-3 floor home. Was a fraction of the cost of hiring or buying a pressure washer, easy for a home owner to do by oneself. Everyone that has seen it - has asked where they could get one too! July 6, 2012
not as great as I hoped See how the woman in the picture is relaxed, effortlessly cleaning a high window? Well, when you have the pole extended as far as she does and farther, you will not be relaxed using this unless you are a strong burly man. When extended it is heavy and awkward, difficult to control. The very tall windows--just forget it. The pole will reach but I couldn't do anything functional with it from that far away. At first I debated sending it back, but it is helpful to use the soft brush attachment (shown on picture) to clean the general dirt off windows, sills and crevices, and shutters. Saved me getting up a ladder. The squeegee is a nice idea but when extended you can't get enough leverage to put enough pressure on the squeegee to really do a good wipe. I followed the brush cleaning with good ol' glass cleaner and a paper towel. I still plan on getting my husband to clean our higher windows on a ladder with glass cleaner and paper towels. Remember, adding water through the hose makes the pole much heavier. The other thing I planned to use this for was cleaning our deck. The wide stiff brush would be ideal, but again with a hose attached on the back and water running through it is very heavy and awkward to manage. It worked on a small patch of the deck but then I was exhausted and quit. I think I will just spray the deck down with a hose and use a brush on a broomstick...it will take less energy. Overall the parts work well and the attachments are really nice, but this clever idea just does not pan out that well. I'm keeping mine to clean the filth off the lower windows and sills followed by glass cleaner and paper towels to make the windows sparkle. July 5, 2012
window wash system easy to wash windows from the ground, easy to assemble and change attachments June 18, 2012
Telescopic Washing Set The attachments were perfect and the assembly was a snap. It made cleaning high windows and garden awnings a breeze to clean. June 7, 2012

The 'instructions' label the parts by number, with no key, or recommended use for each piece. Which is the 'floor brush' ##6?# and what is that for? is the 'soft round brush' ##1?# for windows? what else can it be used for, or should it be reserved for windows? I also got the power attachment and it has similarly minimal instructions. Is there anything this should NOT be used on? I was hoping to see ideas for use included, to help me get the most from this item.

“Thank you for your question. Yes, the parts are numbered and identified on the instruction sheet. Parts numbered 1 and 6 can be used to wash your car and the exterior part of your home. The part numbered 3 is great for windows. Part number 4 can be used on sidewalks, garage floors or decking.”
