Spa Booster Seat 2.2 5 5 5
Suction cups made a rip Overall, the seat works well if you insert marbles to help counteract residual air (as others have written). However, I recommend cutting off the suction cups since one of them was strong enough to make a tear in the plastic when I pulled the seat from the hot tub surface underwater. After removing the cups (I have three of this product and I removed the cups from all of them), they work just fine. Of course the seat won't stay put quite as well underwater as with the cups, but with the marbles ( I added 2 pounds of marbles per seat), I'm satisfied with the outcome and would still buy the product again. By the way, the inexpensive repair kit from Wal-Mart (about $6) works just fine repairing a rip; just cut the plastic in a circle and use the glue with the thick plastic choice in the kit and hold it for a couple minutes until the glue sets; 24 hours later will make it nice and strong. Although no produce is ever perfect, this seat gives the choices needed (large port for marbles, etc); To the mfr: I recommend reinforcing behind the cups to ensure no rip ever occurs from simply pulling the seat from the hot tub surface. Don't bother, waste of time and money! The idea is for a cushion to sit a little higher in the spa. It does not work. 1. If filled all the way up it is way too tall. 2 If under filled it is so mushy you can't stay in one place. 3. Under every circumstance we tried it is un-stable and almost impossible to sit on. 4. Suction cups don't hold to spa surface. 5. When not in use you can't leave in spa because it would float around and block skimmer. 6. If you take it out of spa it gets cold and takes forever to warm up. 7. Does not fit into seat well and ends up under your legs all the time. It is very clear that no one bothered to try this out because you would never have put it on the market. I consider it a hazard to use and was in the process of sending it back when I discovered your return fees are more than the product cost. May 9, 2013

Disappointed I was so excited when I saw this product. I am not very tall and when I sit in our hot tub I can not use the built in seats as the water is to deep. The concept of this is great but it does not stay in place. The suction cups come loose and the seat floats up. November 17, 2012
