Solar Flagpole Light is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what we needed! We wanted to display our U.S. flag properly and with pride, but were unable to go to the expense of adding electricity to power a light source so we could display the flag at night. The solar light was just what we needed, the extra lumens giving it the right brightness. Our HOA would have been contacted if it was too bright and it was easy to install although to secure it, we needed a smaller metal band than the one which came with it. We had 45 MPH wind gusts just after the the 4th of July, but while the flag pole was rocking slightly, the light stayed put. Long may it shine, while the flag waves!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I was very excited to receive my new solar flagpole light, I had one from you before, it lasted about two years. I ordered this one to replace the one that quit working. I put this up when I receive it, it lasted a whole two days. It no longer works, I made the mistake of throwing away all the packing and box. I guess I learned a good lesson. Don't know whether i will order another one, try replacing the batteries, which means having to purchase rechargeable ones with a charger or just find somewhere else to purchase one that will last longer than 2 days.

Solar flag pole light not lighting

Solar panel fogged over. What do I clear it with? How do I replace the batteries.
Asked by: solargirl
Thank you for your question. To replace the batteries in the Solar Flagpole Light please unscrew the back panel and remove the battery pack. You may want to take the batteries that came with the unit to your local hardware store to find the correct replacement battery. The battery type and how to replace them can also be found in the instruction manual. Try cleaning the solar panel with Windex to remove the fogginess/residue. If that does not help please contact a product specialist at 1-800-642-2112 to assist you further.
