It works and it looks good!
I have an 8X10 patio at my condo in North Jersey. I just set up the planter, which was easy...even though I lost my instructions there is this great video on the Improvements site that explains the set up step by step. My husband and I like clean lines and the brown color is rich, and it looks expensive (which it really wasn't compared to all the other ones I looked at in every store in NJ). I'm sure I'll buy more next year.
I haven't had much opportunity to order something that looks the same or better upon receipt than the photos.

Instructions
I happen to do better with written instructions but there were mainly pictures and it took me awhile to find the little scrap of paper that indicates the water level. I live in the desert so I am hoping and so are the plants that this really works.

Love Love Love
I bought the Larger Planter in White Smooth finish. Cannot find these anywhere in our state at all. I bought 2 and they are holding palms next to my pool. Needed to weight them down but I just used old bricks. They are still standing and I get alot of wind. The finish is very nice, quality is there and I love them.

Durability
I appreciate how durable the product is and am excited about the self watrering feature for our sizzling hot summer days. An added bonus is the fact that I can remove the liner and bring the plants in for the winter!

So happy to have found a warm purple color planter. They are beautiful! Lightweight (unfortunately I set them out without anything in them and they blew over and scratched)...otherwise very happy!!

Question: could you please describe the color of "nutmeg" and "slate"? Is the nutmeg a flat tan color as my monitor shows? is the slate a bronze/black color or a flat gray?

Thank you for your questions.The nutmeg coloring is a flat tan as you described or also like a cocoa color. The slate gray is a flat gray, and also like a gray slate rock. The color and finish are saturated and smooth.
