How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return an item, simply fill out the Exchange/Return form printed on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your package. Then return that form to us, along with your item(s), by either using the UPS return label included (fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange), or using the carrier of your choice. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-634-9484.
EASY RETURNS
If your purchase qualifies for an easy return, a return label has been provided with your shipment. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Complete the exchange/return section on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the items you are sending back.
- Affix the UPS return label (located on the front of the pack slip) over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. Retain the UPS/ARS tracking number for your records.
- Drop the package with a UPS driver or UPS Store.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund or exchanging an item, the fee for using this label is $8.95, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, there will be NO CHARGE for using the label. If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own shipping via the carrier of your choice.

Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs., or items that require Truck or In-Home return service.

I purchased a large and a small one a year ago at the end of the
season and like them so much that I ordered 2 more of the
same sizes to add to my deck which is sun drenched in the afternoon
and evening. Also these are easy to take down and store inside
over the winter.

I'm not sure if there is some magic to get this shade to roll up and down in a straight horizontal plane but I have no luck.
It is so discouaging that I have only installed one of the two shades I purchased.
It shouldn't be this pain staking an activity just to block the sun using your product.

We like these shades! Once we put one up, the rest were pretty easy. They're just what we needed in our sun room. They perform their light blocking just as advertised. We like that we were able to put the pull 'chain' on either side, also. The one problem? The pin slides out of the bracket when you roll them up or down and they don't roll up evenly. We're going to try sliding the plate around to see if we can "lock" the pin in. Also, we were disappointed that we couldn't have them custom made (we checked with the company). We have a door and two larger windows that we can't get shades for. However, we found out that our local Lowe's will custom order shades for us that are almost the same, so no big deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this blind is just what we were looking for ......filters the sun, but still lets air flow. like the tie down rings on the sides in case it gets windy.
