I recently purchased and installed the "Rocky Stream Outdoor Garden Fountain." It was simple to install, and looks great in our garden. It was a little difficult to get the upper pieces to project out far enough to have the water drop into the lower pools, as there isn't any way to secure them in the back. (The upper pieces cannot be spaced out as much vertically as they are in the picture.) We have the pump on maximum - it barely pumped the water when it was on minimum. However, it looks fabulous, and I love the trickling sound it makes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First, the rock molds are much darker (almost black) than they appear in the picture in the catalog. I feel the overall design of this fountain to be poor. In some places the rocks should be taller to reduce the risk of the water overflowing the sides. You can reduce the flow of the water by adjusting the pump's flow rate, but then the various water falls do not look as nice. I have cats and squirrels that visit my back yard which means I must constantly adjust the molds to keep from losing the water in the fountain and burning out the pump. I would not recommend this fountain to anyone unless you have some previous experience with water fountains and streams.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
