Resin Outdoor Privacy Screen-White 3.6 5 82 82
How Great is This It looks great and covers an eyesore. ZThe only thing is I had to order 2 sets and have 2 panels left over. Maybe you should leave a option for ordering single panels! April 15, 2014
Very attractive! This privacy screen is wonderful! I love it's look and now I don't have to look at my ugly heating/air conditioning unit anymore. The screen makes my home look finished and it is durable, too! March 13, 2014
EASY TO INSTALL SIMPLE YET ATTRACTIVE SOLUTION T O A CONTINUING NEED. November 6, 2013
conceal my trash bins I got real tired of driving up to the house and seeing my trash bins on the side of the house.,,,, I had to ask permission from my HOA for approval before buying it. It was approved quickly. I am able to hide my trash bins . Makes my yard look even neater than before( i like Yard envy) . However the screen is a lot lighter than I thought. I made sure to drive the stakes in deep enough for it not tip over or get blown down by the wind....This a great temporary fix until I can afford to fence off my fairly large yard. October 22, 2013

Question concerning appearance

What is the space between each panel when configured in a straight line? Is it completely closed from site or can you see through the openings where the rods are? I have a project that will require 8 of them put together in a straight row. But, I do not want any sight possible through the fence.

Answer:
Sorry, but there is some visibility. I've had kids approach it and try to separate the strands also. There's about an inch between strands covered by overlapped grass needles. Visibility varies, the overlap is not intended to provide a solid block and in small instances does not overlap. To provide a better block it would have to be hung without stretching it out. Personally, I'm happy with it. I provides the privacy we desired without closing myself in with cinderblock.

Answer:
Thank you for your question.
There will be approximately 1/2" gap between each panel. If you review the picture of the item you will see that the crowning and molded portion at the very top of each panel jets out slightly further than the rest of the design on the panel. This is why these will not be able to be flush next to each other without a gap showing. Thank you.

Can the connector posts that come with the screens be ordered separately? I know there are ground stakes that can be purchased separately but I'm asking about replacements for the connector posts that come with the screen. I need 2 sets worth. Thank you.

Improvements does not sell the connector posts as a separate item for purchase. This information will be submitted to the buyer for possible future consideration. Thank you.

Yes, you can separate them, however there are only enough poles to connect them (i.e. on the hinges) to each other and also to help support and secure into the ground.

Stand Alone

I want to use this screen set to hide my gas meter which is unsightly, but I have to have it available. I want the 4 panels to be hinged together and attached to the house with one side available (detach) and not other support. Can I have such a set up.

These were designed to be stationed in the ground. If you chose to do the setup as indicated it would be best to consult with your local hardware or home improvements store on what hinge mounts you could use. Please note and for your reference that an item cannot be returned if there are any adjustments made from it's original design and application.
