Remote Control Flickering LED Candles-Set of 8 3.4 5 90 90
Great candles! Finally a candle with versatility. Just bought my third set. Gives you the option of hanging them on a tree, in the window and:or use of suction cup for sill less windows. Outstanding! Really cool feature let's you turn on/off with remote and it works-upstairs and down all at once. October 9, 2012
A great find The candles are a great addition to our home, and are really pretty October 16, 2012
Great window decorations! I love the way they flicker like real candles. They are very versatile since they can mount in different ways. October 25, 2012
WHAT A GREAT IDEA What a great idea. These lights are so easy to assemble AND they come with different options as how to use them. The remote is great. Just two buttons and all 8 lights go on or off -- no matter where you place them in the room - even behind curtains so they can be visible from outside the house. GREAT product. November 3, 2012

Answer:
You have to turn them off and on with the remote. It works pretty good until the batteries start getting low.

You have to turn them on every day, but it's easy because you can use the remote control. It works to turn them all on at once in my house.

I've had to turn them on every evening. There is no provision for a timer as they run on AAA batteries.

Answer:
Must be turned on everyday but just keep the remote in a convenient place in the evening. I turn them off before I go to bed with the other lights in my house. I only use them for the holidays.

Answer:
So far mine have lasted 21 hours. I expect the to last at least 3 times that long. Any lighted item that "twinkles" will last a lot longer than a steady burn.

Answer:
Made from plastic, you could put on covered porch but they would most likely blow over. They are light weight , maybe use Velcro or Fun Tac on bottom

You can clip them to a tree. Clips come with them. I would not hesitate to use them on a covered porch.

Multiple sets

I want to order 3 sets of these remote control candles. Will one remote work for all of them, or do I need to keep all 3 remotes handy? I know I have to be close enough to turn them on, but can I use the same remote for all?

Answer:
Seriously, one remote barely works on the original eight candles. I wouldn't bother trying to have it work on several sets. It would probably be easier and cheaper in the long run to just by candles that you turn on by hand.
