Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 50 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Father's Day gift! I bought this recliner table as a surprise for my husband, to go next to his new recliner, and he loves it. The instructions say it takes two people to assemble it, but I did it by myself (with a few struggles because it is quite heavy). The instructions are very clear, and the pre-drilled holes and hardware fit perfectly, so it went together easily. I am very pleased with this product!! June 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what I was looking for... Wow, I love this table. It has more compartments then an I imagined. I have no more clutter and the wife is much more happier. Easy to assemble for me, just read the instructions. Nice wood tones on the finish product. Worth every dollar spent. November 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Delighted We have been eyeballing this side table for quite some time and finally decided to order it. We are delighted with the purchase of our recliner side table. It fits perfectly in the designated area and is a very goo looking piece of furniture added to our sun room. The onlly problem we encountered during assembly was the tiny size of some of the screws; but then, our eyesight and nimble fingers are not what they used to be; We would love to purchase something similar to put at the end of our couch, which has high arms, but would need it to be a little higher (about 32-36"). Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect recliner multifunction side table. I needed a side table to tidy my stack of stuff next to my recliner. The problem was finding something that wasn't oversized. I love this table. I'm using it mostly for my knitting and reading. My favorite part of the table is the storage areas at the back. This is great for the remote or the small items used in knitting. The magazine rack is great for holding patterns or iPad or reader. It is very nicely designed with multiple places to put things. The slide out table surfaces work smoothly and offer additional table space. The negatives - it took about a week for the smell of the finish to dissipate and I was a bit confused at one point of assembly when the diagram shows too many parts going together at one time. Neither is a deal breaker. Since I find assembly like a puzzle the end product is really nice and functional. I have been very happy with the items I've purchased through Improvements. I would use as a snack table.

I have COPD and would use table to lean on when I'm on the couch. I would sometimes lean forward on it (tipping it forward). Been looking a laptop tables, snack tables small desk tables. They are either to big or not durable enough. This seems like the perfect size and appears durable. How much does it weigh? How thick is the top? I weigh 215 lbs. Do you think it would support my weight leaning on it?
I look forward to your answer.

Answer:
It is a really sturdy table, and should support your weight as long as you're not trying to lean on one of the pull-out surfaces (there's one for the front and one for the back). It is actually quite heavy, so I put it sliders under each leg to let me move it for cleaning. The top piece of wood is 5/8", but the entire top part (above the open shelf) is 2" to accommodate the two pull out tables.

Answer:
the main part of the table would support your weight as it is made very solid. You could not put your weight on the pull out shelves. if you plan to use them for a permanent extension this would not be good.

Answer:
Thank you for your questions. The Recliner Side Table weighs 51lbs., as listed in the 'Specifications' above. The top is 1"thick. Although this piece is heavy and sturdy, we apologize, but we cannot recommend the use of this item for supporting your weight.

Answer:
Kathy...this table has an awesome finish and looks great from any of the four sides. It can be used on either side of the recliner, chair or couch. It's an awesome piece of furniture and one you'll not find anywhere in stores that I've seen.

Answer:
The table is finished on all sides AS LONG AS you follow the instructions carefully. There are a couple of small pieces near the end of the assembly that are really similar...if you mix them up, you might end up with a minor raw edge exposed. I probably spent 15 minutes comparing them before I figured out which went on which side.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Useful information can be found by clicking the 'Overview’ tab on the page above. "The front storage compartment features a removable shelf, plus a reversible door with magazine rack. On the back of the Recliner Side Table is another magazine rack and storage cubby, all easily accessible when you're in a reclining position". The pictures above also show the front and back.
