Rechargeable Tea Light Candles Set of 12 4.5 5 41 41
I'M BUYING MORE!!!! LOVE, LOVE LOVE these candles!!! oh my gosh, where have these been all my life?! I've been using my first set for about 8 months now, and I just love them. I put them out ever night at dusk, they are still lit (a little more dimly# in the morning. #Regular votives would've burned out long before that.# I put them back on the charger in the morning and...repeat. It's really not any more trouble #in fact less, I think# than buying bags of votives & lighters, picking up the burned out votives, placing new ones and lighting them every night. And yes, I love candles. For those who think the flickering flame isn't "real enough", I could suggest placing these candles in a votive that deep enough to let the flame flicker THROUGH the glass instead of setting them on top of something. I do use them in sconces with the bare 'flame' sticking up, and I still think they look great, but for you REAL CANDLE PEOPLE, placing them in a little deeper votive #like just an inch above the bottom of the candle base# will take care of that. LOVE 'EM!!! May 7, 2013
1 candle does not work I'm hoping these will work out great for me, and I anticipate that they will. However...one light does not work, and I really haven't used them long enough to accurately judge the durability of them. I was keeping my fingers crossed that all 12 lights would work for me (after reading quite a few reviews about people having the same problem that I also have now - some of them not working). I charged them according to directions, and hoped that all 12 would work. One does not work. So now I'm putting off having to send it back for a new set, in hopes that I won't have 1 or 2 not working again. One suggestion...(besides having your quality control people testing these to make sure they all work before shipping them out!) - it'd be nice to have them on an 'on/off' remote control, because I hide them in and around greens, etc. on our fireplace mantel, it'd just make it a lot easier to turn them on & off, without having to wreck displays every time I want to use them). This product really saves money My husband had gotten me a tabletop waterfall which had 3 places for tea lights. The tea lights that came with it lasted all of 2 1/2 hours; others I had lasted 3 1/12 hours. I realized this was going to be too costly to have tea lights lit nightly. Then I saw the rechargeable tea light candles set in the catalog and boy am I glad I invested in this wonderful product. Each candle lasts a good 11 hours and I just rotate the candles and recharge when needed. A great investment. March 27, 2013
Wish I had bought this a long time ago I have been using these types of tea lights for years (battery operated). I always hated when the batteries died. Your options were throwing out the tea light or going through the painful process of finding the correct battery replacement. When I came across the rechargeable tea lights in the catalog I ordered them immediately. The tea lights come with an on/off switch so once you charge them all initially you can use them and then turn off the tea light so they are ready for the next use. It is so nice not to have to worry about batteries anymore!! I have just ordered a second set for my Mother! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that loves to use tea lights within the house! Without measuring them, I would say each candle is approximately 1.5 inches in diameter and about the same in height.

Answer:
YES - EACH CANDLE HAS AN ON/OFF SWITCH ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CANDLE. WHILE CHARGING THE CANDLES, MAKE SURE EACH SWITCH IS IN THE "OFF" POSITION.
