Easy assembly, Seems sturdy enough. Is currently full of rain water. Am using same to water flower gardens. So far am pleased with this product!

I thought this would be an inexpensive option to a hard sided rain barrel but it was not. The first one I received had a defective valve which leaked water. When I contacted Customer Service, they were very apologetic and helpful. I was sent a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, the second one was defective with a leak where the stiching had a hole. Rather than report it again, I have chalked it up to you get what you pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After years of ‘thinking’ about adding a rain barrel to aid in collecting rain water, I finally decided to purchase the 74 gal Collapsible Rain Barrel. Since the price was very reasonable (it was on sale) and the other reviews were very favorable, it seemed like the right move. When the package arrived, it went together rather easily and once filled with water (tested durability using water from the hose) I was so pleased that I went inside and ordered two more. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to reinforce the water tap at the bottom of the barrel!
I would recommend this to a friend!
