Wireless Flood/Freeze Alarm System

Place the sensor/transmitter along a basement wall, near your water heater or washing machine, or under the kitchen sink. If that remote sensor/transmitter detects water, or detects an in-home temperature of 40° or lower (which can lead to burst water pipes), a radio signal is transmitted up to 120' to the alarm receiver unit, causing both units to sound a loud beeper alarm, so you can find out about the leak or temperature drop in time to handle the situation. Three AA batteries and one 9v battery are included.
