Water Heater Blanket

By wrapping your hot water heater in our vinyl backed Fiberglas® insulation "blanket", you'll help it work more efficiently...water stays hotter longer, so the burner will cycle on less often. For a small investment, you can help reduce the amount of heat lost by your water heater, especially if it's located in an unheated area. All you'll need is a scissors (and the tape included) to install the insulation blanket over most electric, gas or oil water heaters up to 60 gallon size. The Water Heater Insulation Blanket measures 2" thick, 48" high, 75" wide (cut to size). Insulation rating of R6.7. California certified.
