It's almost futuristic, the way the solid stainless steel door slides down to open; then just push the door up to lock your valuables securely inside. An additional compartment hidden in the interior holds documents, money, passports and more. And not only do these in-wall safes protect your valuables, each is also approved by the U.S. Dept. of Justice as a firearm safety device. Stainless steel safe mounts in a wall between two 16" on-center studs. It's powered by a rechargeable 12v battery, so no wiring is required; includes recharging adapter and mounting hardware. Measures 16-1/4"x15-1/2"x4-3/4" deep overall; extends just 3/4" from the wall when mounted. Allow 4 weeks for delivery.
