The Rotating Flagpole Bracket prevents twists and tangles from happening because, instead of the flag trying to spin around the flagpole, the flagpole itself rotates on two sets of sealed, stainless steel ball bearings as your flag turns in the wind. The flagpole doesn't rest in the bracket, but fits over the pin that protrudes from the 45-degree bracket. The pin, with flagpole attached, pole itself rotates on two sets of sealed, stainless steel bearings so your flag never gets wrapped around.
