Lock-open the arms on the kneeling pad to help you get up and down. Flip the kneeling pad over and the arms become two sturdy legs supporting a 17-1/2" high seat. The kneeling pad contains a generous 16"x6-1/4"x3/4" thick foam cushion for comfort and durability. The garden kneeler includes spring-loaded catches which lock arms in place. The garden kneeler stores easily, folding to just under 5" thick, 22-1/2"x19-3/4" tall overall.
