When wood joints "dry out" and come apart (like on a chair), here's a way to put them together again, and have them stay that way. Place one of these 1/4"x4" metal strips (with 100's of teeth) over the tenon, dowel or rung, then push it firmly into the mortise or hole. You get 32 strips.
