Cute idea These were exactly as shown. I used them to give monetary gifts. The little velvet bag they came with added to the presentation. The only problem I had was that 4 out of 9 were very difficult to open and I was afraid they would break while trying. The recipients had the same problem but fortunately none broke. They make cute ornaments for the tree. December 27, 2011

Christmas Gifts I have bought an opening ornament for all of my grandchildren each Christmas. I love the ornaments. I put an short note inside with the number Christmas it represents. I hope they will treasure them when they are grown and have their own families. The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is because the hooks on top(for hanging) are a little flimsy And I am not sure they will hold up for the long haul, therefore, I choose ornaments that can sit on a table or mantle. Very cute and well made Although made in China, these little ornaments are well made and nicely finished. Good quality for the price. We were pleasantly surprised by all this. We filled them with little candy covered chocolate morsels and gave them to our guests as party favors. They were a big hit. December 24, 2011

Trouble opening product. A couple of the boxes were glued shut. I had trouble opening them and in doing so managed to chip off a little of the paint. December 22, 2011

A Hit with Children and Grandchildren Grandchildren appreciated ornaments reflecting their interests as pre-teen and early teen. I was able to write names and year with permanent fine tip marker, as well as a note inside. Everyone was able to open the ornament to find Christmas kisses inside. December 17, 2011

These surprise ornament work great for advent calendar/trees. These ornaments are really adorable. I search every year for different kinds of surprise ornaments for my ornament tree, Yours are unique and very nicely made. I had trouble with several clasps being too loose but they were easily fixed with a squeeze of the pliers. December 17, 2011

Fabulous way to give money to anybody We found ornaments to hold money for every member of the family! With such a vast assortment we could match the interests of each person from a five year old to a 40+ person, and vary the amount accordingly. The only small drawback was that two of the clasps wouldn't hold the ornaments shut, but that was easily fixed with careful use of a set of pliers. December 14, 2011

Vibrant Colors Each year I get an ornament for my sister and family (total of 6). I have been doing this for years and it gets harder each year to find different types. These ornaments have vibrant colors and come in nice storage bags. Some may be too large and heavy depending on size of the tree, but several would sit well on a shelf. My major complaint is they are very difficult to open. Overall I think they are a good value and are worth the price. December 14, 2011

These ornaments look expensive. I ordered an array of the Christmas Collectable Porcelain ornaments for place settings for a Christmas Tea; they are beautiful. It is difficult to choose a favorite but the tea pot is a perfect accent for my table. My only disappointment is that the very first one one I opened was broken so I hope I can send it back. I am famous for the details of my place settings and I know these will hit the mark and impress my friends, the details on the designs are amazing. Thanks December 7, 2011

Great for cash gifts I bought 6 of these ornaments to hang on the tree and give cash gifts to my children and their spouses. There were enough designs that I was able to buy one to reflect each of their personalities or interests. They will have a fond memory our Christmas together and the cash will be appreciated. The only drawback was that the clasp on Santa and the Gingerbread man are very tight and difficult to open. I hope it will loosen with use. November 16, 2011
