How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return an item, simply fill out the Exchange/Return form printed on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your package. Then return that form to us, along with your item(s), by either using the UPS return label included (fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange), or using the carrier of your choice. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-634-9484.
EASY RETURNS
If your purchase qualifies for an easy return, a return label has been provided with your shipment. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Complete the exchange/return section on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the items you are sending back.
- Affix the UPS return label (located on the front of the pack slip) over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. Retain the UPS/ARS tracking number for your records.
- Drop the package with a UPS driver or UPS Store.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund or exchanging an item, the fee for using this label is $8.95, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, there will be NO CHARGE for using the label. If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own shipping via the carrier of your choice.

Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs., or items that require Truck or In-Home return service.

We have a stairway that's not lit up and there are no electrical outlets in it to plug in a night light. I felt the stairs were dangerous and worried I'd stumble every time I went down in the dark. These little lights are AWESOME! They solved my whole problem. They come on automatically and give me enough light to feel safe now! They are nicely made and fit in with any decor!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a great concept. And they perform magnificently/flawlessly at night when approaching, utilizing, and turning off on time. What a great safety feature to have on an in-house stairwell. That said, your assembly directions said it could be put up in seconds....yet it took me over an hour. But maybe that's just me (aka THE KLUTZ!). But also, on three of my five light units, the plastic loops [which were installed to help separate the lighting units from the mounting units] were already broken OR actually broke when utilized as per assembly directions. Thank goodness the first one I tried worked flawlessly, and therefore I was able to see how to perform a "work-around" measure and separate the two parts without doing any damage to the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the second light doesn't turn on as it should it waits for the third light to activate ,I need to retun them for a different set I'm sure this is just a glitch

I have a staircase from the bedrooms floor to the first floor. My dad sleeps over sometimes and I wanted to make sure he sees the first and last steps. I was a little skeptical but this works fine, gives adequate light, and goes on in plenty of time. A valuable thing if you have family or guests who sleep over on occasion and may not be used to your stairs.
The tip of another reviewer to put it about 18" from the step helped.
As soon as they arrive you'll put the batteries in and want to test them - just remember they have a sensor to prevent them from going on if there is adequate light so you you'll need to darken the room to test properly
