Outdoor Motion Sensor Light 3.8 5 4 4
Perfect solution We live in the country, so I bought this for our back porch because our garage is not connected to the house. Keeps us from turning on the garage door light, then going up to the porch to unlock the door and turn on the porch light, then back to the garage to turn off that light. We used the screws to secure the light up under the porch so anyone who comes to the back door gets the light. For us, it makes unlocking the door and getting in the house so much easier. The light is appropriately bright to see the door lock. Looks nice and really fits the requirement. Good product. July 9, 2014
Bright Light We had been looking for a light that would be a motion sensor and be bright enough to light steps on the far end of our front porch. We are now using this light in a dark hallway, but when the weather warms it will go outside. Very bright and it stays on just long enough to light your way. Hopefully, the batteries will last. outdoor motion sensor These look great, and even could pass for a camera, but they DO NOT stay up with the tape that was sent! You need to use some high grade industrial strength velcro--so far those are still up. I am not sure the motion sensors work every time, but we will see how long the batteries last, and if they are worth the effort, and cash. May 1, 2014
OOp! Not a good improvement! We have ordered this item several times in the past & been satisfied. This time they came with a piece of tape to attach to the wall. We put both lights on an outside wall & within two days they both fell down, one actually breaking the back piece. So, we climbed a ladder, drilled a hole in the wall & in the back plate & attached the lights with screws. The tape does not work. October 8, 2014

Thank you for your questions.
Improvements does not have a minute approximation on how long the batteries in this item will work for. It will all depend upon how long/much the light is in use. The batteries may not have to be changed too often but again it is dependent on usage just like on any battery run item. The LED light hours is 100,000.

The light will turn on and stay on for 60 seconds until it detects motion. The light does have a pivot head to turn away if the area you are placing it will have constant motion, perhaps would help.
