Very good quality jewelry cabinet
Over the years I've collected so much jewelry, I couldn't possibly keep track of it all - this cabinet solved that problem - I have it mounted behind a closet door, very handy while getting dressed in the morning. It is good quality and thoughtfully designed to hold all manner of jewelry from long necklaces to earrings. My only complaint is I'd like more of the slotted racks to hold more earrings. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Wall display
This wall display is constructed, as stated in solid wood, not a veneer as other sources have. It has a clear mirror and smooth finish. The interior is fairly good. One of the strips for hanging necklaces was mounted at an angle. The strip box at the bottom is constructed of wood which is unnecessarily too thick, this cuts down on the actual storage space. There is only a black felt back surface or lining. Perhaps a choice of a light color would add appeal for some. The racks for ear rings are also a bit too thick. The cost factor, with the discount, is better than the other sources I was able to find. It is heavy and if you mount this to a sheet rock wall you will need to purchase additional hardware to support the 30 lbs. For mounting simply set it on a stool and add books to the correct height. It does fit the purpose and if you are a jewerly person you will need more than one or a little wider unit would be a good idea. This product is very good to excellent and saved me many hours of building it myself. Yes buy it.

Very pleased with this product.
I have been searching catalogs for a jewelry piece to hold everything in one place and when I came upon this one from Improvements I noticed the price was quite a bit better than other catalog offerings. As there was only one review available, and I am very fussy, I hesitated to order this as I knew it would be an expensive "mistake" if I didn't like it and had to incur shipping in both directions. However, I am very pleased with this item. It was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. It is very attractive and solid and I'm enjoying organizing my jewelry in it. If they had a review system between good and excellent, I would have chosen that! My husband chose to use more substantial hanging hardware than was provided because of the weight of the product. The instructions said not to use other than what was provided so we called customer service to check and they said it would be fine, and it was. It looks awesome and is very functional! We found Improvements customer service to be both friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this piece!

Organize Your ALL Your Jewelry
It is so easy to keep my jewelry organized this piece. I have a lot of long necklaces and love being able to keep them nice by hanging them on the top tier. I just the bins at the bottom for my chunky bracelets.
I would recommend having a second person to help if you plan on hanging this on a wall. I was able to hang it by myself but it would have been much easier with a second set of hands.

Other buyers commented that earring storage is not configured for post earrings, and only works with the dangly, french-wire type earrings. Can you please clarify? Is earring storage area configured with holes or slots?
