Good product but remote failed The product seems really good and heats up the room very well. The remote however failed after the first day. Haven't been able to figure out why March 28, 2013

Disappointed The legs cannot be screwed in to the unit due to permanent hooks (to attach to a wall) that have been placed right over the screw holes. The remote control comes with no battery and no information on the size/type of battery takes. February 11, 2013

Heats well and fast It's my first time having this kind of heater and it looks sleek although it occupies a wide space, it does its job. The feet is made of some kind of plastic which works but I worry about it melting so only have the highest setting at 68. I first noticed the 'smell' of the heater as it heats up which is a bit bothersome since I didn't expect it. I suppose it's normal when it's new. The instructions has many warning notes i.e., not to use it in the bathroom, position it 3 feet from any rug or carpet, etc. which make sense. The bathroom is where I needed heat but because of the warnings, I only turn it on after I get out of the shower and the fan has extracted most of the steam out. It works well. February 8, 2013

SOLEUS AIR ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS UNIT. MOUNTS ON WALL SO NOT IN THE WAY. IT IS THE ONLY HEAT I HAVE IN MY OFFICE AND I HAVE NO FLOOR ROOM. IT WILL HEAT FROM 55 DEGREES TO 65 DEGREES IN 1/2 HOUR AND 72 DEGREES IN 15 MORE MINUTES. AMAZED AT HOW FAST IT WARMS MY AREA. February 6, 2013
