Love the look of this umbrella. However, we put it in a table that is also from Improvements and there is no way to lock it in. So, if we tilt it to get shade from the sun and there is even a little wind (and there is rarely just a "little" wind in Kansas) then it spins around and doesn't stay in the correct position to block the sun. Also, we have had problems every once in a while with getting it to stay tilted.

A good price until two separate sets sent to me faded within two weeks of being installed. I ordered Navy blue and couldn't believe how shabby they looked immediately. I will compliment your customer service department for the immediate response and replacement...When the second set of Navy blue faded as quickly, I changed the order to a light blue in the hope I can get at least one summer season out of them without being embarrassed. We'll know next summer. Any umbrella should be tested for its reaction to sun. That seems to be the obvious.I would have asked for credit but that would mean also returning the supports they fit over and that would be a terribly cumbersome task of mailing...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
