Application Works well once proper alignment is achieved. The floor or to wall mount needs a tension spring added to assist in the alignment of the magnets. Taking a chance of breaking the stem trying to tighten to the floor or wall and having the magnets align properly with the metal door mate. This spring would add cost but would be a value added item and worth the price increase to the customer due to the ease of installation and alignment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice little product. Works fine. I like the spring feature. I would have liked it in a dark color besides brass, but overall I am satisfied with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Relatively easy to install. So happy not to mess with an ugly, rubber door wedge or need to bend over every time I change the position of the door. Attractive, too. However, too much packaging, if you ask me: an entire box with air packets just for something that fits in one hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In the past I have ordered several of these door stops for myself and for my daughters house. They are wonderful installed in a narrow bathroom or laundry room where the door drifts and you are constantly running into the door. I have seven sets installed throughout the house. The sets I am ordering today are for a friends new home because she liked the way mine worked and looked very much. Another thing is, my walls and doors are no longer damaged by the old style types.
I would recommend this to a friend!
