Outdoor Garden Sink 3.8 5 99 99
My 2nd one in 20 years ! I bought one of these 20 years ago and ran it into the ground. It finally broke. Two years ago I tried to find another one and they wern't making this one anylonger so I just didn't buy anything. I do not like any other styles. Tjis is perfect so am buying another one !!!! Very satisfied March 31, 2012
Outdoor Sink fits My Needs I installed this sink last week and really like it so far. I placed a concrete slab below it, and have ordered a motion activated solar powered spotlight to place over it for use in low light conditions. My only suggestion would be to include a drain hose with the unit - I could not use it until I went out and bought one. April 10, 2012
Awesome Outdoor Addition One of the best purchases I have made. Love having clean-up readily available outdoors. Easy to install and works great. The ability to cover the sink when not in use is handy. April 12, 2012
Wonderful product. Perfect sink for outdoors. Handsome, durable and blends in with the back of our home. Really can not believe the quality for the price paid. April 13, 2012

Answer:
The garden sink is designed to hold up to 50 feet of hose. Anything longer than that won't fit.

Answer:
It doesn't come with a drain hose, so you can make it as long as you need to. It's a great opportunity to use an old hose that has otherwise served its usefulness.

Answer:
It's manual - it's just a ledge that you put the hose on. The middle portion is where the faucet and drain connections happen, and many of us had leaks in that area.

Answer:
The hose hanger is designed to hold a 50 ft hose but it is not automatic. You have to hand wind the hose onto the hanger. As long as your sink is firmly and properly attached to the wall it will hold the hose and several small items on the sliding tops with no problem. Just remember it is made from plastic so it can't hold a great deal of weight at one time.

The plastic part that goes into small line instantly broke when trying to position in place. This is the main water line connection with a small plastic connector that goes into the small plastic tube. It snapped off with very little pressure, poorly designed piece, this should be metal. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement ASAP?

Answer:
Happened to me - you need a garden hose to 1/4" ID barbed connector - which I could not find. I was able to rig a solution:

My water intake broke - i.e. the plastic flange connection broke right in the clear plastic hose that connects to the manifold. I repaired it with the following:

0. Disconnect the manifold, pull out faucet/basin assembly
1. Clip off part of hose that had the broken plastic flange inside.
2. Connect hose to a brass hose barb 1/4" ID x 3/8" MIP (Watts LFA-193).
3. Connect that piece to a 1/2" MIP x 3/8" FIP brushing
(Watts #LFA-828) -- I used teflon tape for a tight seal.
4. Drill out bottom hole in manifold to a 1" hole
5. Put the above two piece connection through the hole, and apply teflon tape to the threads
6. Attach to a swivel garden hose adapter (Watts #LFA-660) and tighten.
7. Attach garden hose intake and turn on water. I have the intake hose connected to a shut-off at the main connection and only open it a tiny bit, enough to ensure water flows but doesn't blast out.

It took about $16 in parts at Home Depot, which is what Improvements credited me for my trouble.
