Use for First Aide I love these ice packs not for how they fit in a cooler but for how great they wrap around injuries! These ice packs make it easy to ice entire ankles, knees, & large areas (like backs). No need to try and prop more than one "sports" ice pack on both sides of an ankle. And these ones stay in place much better than most....no need to sit perfectly still so the ice pack won't fall off. In fact, they are even wonderful for applying ice to the faces of snake bite horses. And they don't drip water everywhere like bags of ice do, or slimmy goo like the "sports" ice packs do. With years of use for injuries, my current one is missing some squares of the water. Time for a a couple new ones. June 26, 2012
