The size indicated in the catalog was incorrect. I measured my A/C and ordered the small cover based on the size of my A/C. It wasn't even close. To avoid another problem I ordered a 'Large' to replace it. When it arrived it was to big but I'll get alone with it. It'll fit over the A/C and I'll tape up the extra fabric. After it all, I probably could have got by with the 'medium' cover. The idea is to keep the cold out in the winter. Service was excellent at providing a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sizing was perfect. Exactly what I was expecting. Package arrived in time specified per tracking report. The follow-up mailed package of welcome letter, catalog, and offer was a nice touch, although a more promotional offer would have been more likely to entice me to make another purchase.

A/C COVERS THAT HAVE ROOM FOR ADUSTMENT WITH TOGGLE BOLTS TO MAKE LARGER OR SMALLER. I NEEDED HELP TO PUT THIS COVER ON.

This is my second purchase. I really like the covers; they fit well and have a nice appearance. The color, beige, fits in well with most decor. I notice a big difference with air flow in the rooms; they are much more cozy.
