As good as it looks! I purchased this cart for my elderly mother who uses a walker and has difficulty carrying items from the kitchen counter to the table. It is a nice, sturdy size; seems to be well balanced; and rolls smoothly. It's working out as a perfect tool to help her keep her independence in the kitchen. Although it is large and her kitchen is small, the cart does not seem out of place, nor in the way. And, I can't say enough about Improvements customer service. I had ordered the wrong color and when it arrived, I called customer service and they explained how to return the item. It was simple and there was not charge -- even for my mistake. Excellent Cart I needed a smallish cart with lots of storage space; this fits the bill perfectly. Mine is currently holding cookbooks, plants, napkins, sugar and cream, a cookbook stand, a couple of baskets and table linens. At Christmas the top items were moved off and it served as our drinks cart. Love it. December 29, 2012

Cart - Fits ther Bill Very easy to assemble 3 tiered rolling cart. The adjustable shelves came in handy. Used to take the clutter of appliances - toaster, coffee maker, blender and Nu-Wave oven off the counters. November 18, 2012
