Humidiheat Heater/Humidifier 4 5 6 6
One of the nicest small Humidifier / Heater I spent few hours searching for a product that would serve well as a heater and humidifier for my home wine making/storing room. This product just fitted the bill beautifully, as I use it for heating during grape fermentation, and for humidifying during storage. The barrels really need a certain degree of humidity! The only suggestion I make is that this "little beauty" would be even better with a built-in thermostat. But this does not impede me from suggesting the product. November 28, 2012
Good Product So far, a good product.. We purchased a 2nd one... January 19, 2013
Perfect Addition This was a gift for my daughter, single parent, in a two-story, over 100 year old home. It is light weight, easily moved from room to room, and she loves it. She thought it would be nice if it had wheels, but it is still easy to move. She has only had it for one month, but so far she is VERY happy with it! January 25, 2013
Love the added humidity! Great for additional heat and moisture in such a dry climate. Sturdy and nice to look at. Safe for around children as well. Love it! February 28, 2014

1 Person needs an answerI have this question too

Answer:
It did NOT say to use distilled water. As my daughter has only had it one month, I cannot answer the question about constant cleaning. So far, no.

Answer:
I use water that has been softened. The scales that you may encounter in the container after the water has been evaporated can be easily cleaned before refilling it. Distilled water would be the answer albeit more costly and really unnecessary.
