Phone-Alert™ Warning System automatically calls 3 phone numbers to warn of freezing home temperature, power failure, or flood.
When your power goes out or your furnace breaks down, the temperature in your home can drop rapidly in the wintertime. Water pipes could eventually freeze and burst, causing extensive damage to your home and valuables. Same is true any time of the year if a water heater bursts, or your washer overflows.
With this warning system, if the in-home temperature drops below 45° , or if the power goes out, or if there's unwanted water present (separate water sensor with a 25'-long cord is included), the central phone-out monitor will then automatically dial-out to three different phone numbers, and the voice will let the answerer know what potentially hazardous event is occurring. Ideal for a second home or cabin. Selectable 5- or 15-minute initial call-out delay; continues calling for up to 10 hours if needed.
Connects in seconds to a phone jack and power outlet (has battery back-up; 9v battery included). No special wiring required. Includes mounting hardware. 6-1/2"x1-1/2"x3" tall. FCC-approved. UL-listed AC adapter.
